Big Game Data collects the information you provide when requesting access or using the private application. This may include your email address, saved hunting locations, stands, journal entries, and product usage information.

How information is used

We use this information to provide and secure the service, manage beta and location-sharing invitations, improve product guidance, and communicate about your access. We do not sell your personal information.

Location privacy and sharing

Your saved ground is private unless its owner intentionally shares a location. Invited members can see that location, its stands, exact pins, and the shared hunt journal until the owner removes access. Editors can also change location and stand details. Journal members can see each other's entries, but only an entry's author can change or delete it. Authorized support administrators may access exact saved locations and stands when operating, securing, or supporting the service; this access is restricted and logged.

Your choices

Location owners can remove a member at any time. You may unsubscribe from product email or request deletion of your account and associated personal data by replying to an email from Big Game Data.

Service providers

Cloudflare, Supabase, and Resend process limited information to host, secure, store, and deliver the service. Their handling is governed by their respective privacy terms.
